About John
John provides mediation through JAS Mediation and Consultancy Services having practised as a Mediator since 2000 alongside his other professional skills. He focuses on helping his clients find a practical and fair solution to their problems looking forward positively and assisting those with children re-model their family.
Accredited and Experienced
John is an accredited Mediator with the Family Mediation Council as well as a Professional Practice Consultant, mentoring other Mediators in practice.
He was a family Solicitor, Collaborative Lawyer and Law Society Child Panel Member of many years prior his retirement.
Sensitivity and Knowledge
John is a member of the leading family law organisation, Resolution and seeks to apply the principles of that organisation as well as the standards imposed by the Family Mediation Council in each case he handles. John is well placed to provide helpful information based on his long career in family law and is sensitive to his clients’ needs.
How John Works with clients
In person mediation takes place in Eastbourne although mediation via Zoom link is also available when appropriate.
